　　Haorenyuantai Group and Government of Zixi County signed Framework Agreement on Investment Cooperation on tourism program of Fangjia Mountain，bamboo industry development industrial park on November 22nd.

　　Haorenyuantai Group plans to invest 1.5 billion yuan to build Fangjia Mountain tourism project. On the basis of the overall plan cooperated by the Tsinghua University Culture and Tourism Design Institute and Haorenyuantai Group, the project will be finished in three phases in five years according to the first scenic area then the commercial construction principles. And the scenic area will strive to be a domestic integrated first-class ecological and cultural area, including teachers’ cultural base, health and pension base and ecological, entertainment and tourism.

　　Bamboo industry development industrial park project is to be invested 500 million yuan. The two sides will build bamboo shoot and bamboo dual-use forest base in Gaofu Bamboo Industrial Park of Zixi County. The bamboo industrial park integrates deep-processing of bamboo fiber and bamboo shoots processing dietary fiber as one moso bamboo ecological industrial park. First, the moso bamboo forest will be transformed into high standard bamboo shoot and bamboo dual-use forest base; second, more than 500 acres of industrial land will be used for the construction of bamboo products processing industrial park.

　　During the cooperation, the two sides will focus on the overall regional planning of Zixi County and enterprise development strategy give full play to the advantages of Zixi County’s natural resources, policy advantages and Haorenyuantai Group’s capital, management and resource advantages, and carry out deep-level, multi-field cooperation in the scenic planning and construction, tourism project financing , the overall operation and marketing of the scenic, the construction of bamboo industry base and deep processing of bamboo products.

　　I believe that the cooperation will not only further expand the size of the company’s culture and tourism and the agricultural sector, driven the optimization and upgrading of company's industrial sector and promote the company's diversified strategy, but also will promote the optimization of local moso bamboo industry structure, drive the enhancement of the overall competitiveness of Zixi tourism industry, thus achieving cooperation between government and enterprises and both benefit from each other.
